I have no idea what this is.  It has the Piper Cub Logo on the tail and it favors a Cub, in a way, but I can't seem to find anything on the net as to what this is.  I happened to be visiting a mountain top airport in West Virginia when I saw this in a hangar with no doors.  It's pretty small and may be a home built that favors a Cub with a store-bought Logo on the tail.....
